Q: Why are your solutions better than others? A: Because once your website has been developed and set-up, you do not need any tecnical expertise for changing the content. I.e. you do not need to hire a webdevelper to update your site - you can do it yourself!! Q: Is it really as easy as you describe, to update the content of a webpage? - I have NO experience in working with websites. A: Yes, it is really that easy! - Try for yourself on our demosite: www.ewm.eastafrica247.com - and should you experience any problems, you are always welcome to contact our support center Q: What if I am not happy with your services and wish to move to another host? A: You own your website and your domain name. You are free to move to anyother host. - BUT the Easy Web Manager application you have been using for updating the content is ours, and you will no longer be able to update pages without a web editor and FTP software. Q: Who own the domain name registred for my business? A: You are the official owner of your own name. We are only administering the name for you. Which means you are free to move to any other registrar in the future. Q: Do I HAVE to use all the email accounts provided in the package? A: No, we offer you 5 unique email accounts in the Small Business Solution, and 20 in the Medium Business Solution. However, we will only activate the accounts you need. - Anyway, our solutions also come with a "catch-all" feature, meaning that anything@yourdomain.com will be forwarded to your account, if you wish. Q: I do not know how to make a nice design for my website - what do I do? A: Our packages are all-inclusive - which means all-inclusive! - Our team include professional webdesigners who are specialised in doing nothing but design of websites. - Included all of the packages is a unique design for your company website. You only need to provide us with logos, and any other graphical material you wish to include in the design, to get your website designed with your existing cooperate look. - Also, you need to provide us with the text that should be displayed on the pages. - The rest is done by us! Q: I do not have the logo in electronic format. - Can I just give you a paper with our letter head? A: No, it is a requirement for all our packages that you provide us with text and logo in electronic format (on a floppy disk or email attachments). However, our Kenyan distributor is able to assist you for a small extra charge. Q: How will people know of my website? A: We will submit your website to 8 of the top search engines on the Internet. This include Google, Altavista, Infoseek and Lycos. Which means that people will be able to find your site when making searches. Otherwise you can promote your website in everything you do. E.g. include the website address (URL) on business cards, letter heads, email signature, brochure, shop front, and any other advertisements. Q: So far, I think I am interested, but I am not sure which solution is right for me? A: Well, it all depends on the type of business you are in and what you wish to show for costumers and business partners on the Internet. A: All websites developed and hosted by us, are situated on a server in the UK in Europe. A: In One Page, Small, and Medium solutions there is no online ordering or payment options. Online payment is still an expensive feature, and demanding on your side. Online payment is only available in custom solutions. However, a lot of sales can be generated by advertising your services/products online on your own website. Having a website is a kind of extensive always up to-date brochure. Q: I have so far been happy with the website, but I wish to add to the website, do I really have to pay for a complete new solution? A: No, but you will need to pay the differences in the setup, and yearly fee between the two solutions. Q: How long does it take before my website is ready? A: It depends on the solution you wish and how long it will take for you to provide us with the things (information and logo) we need to develop the site.
